หนุ่มคนนี้ชื่อ Michael Gagnon ผู้ทุ่มเทให้กับการออกกำลังกายเป็นอย่างมาก เขามีช่อง Youtube เป็นของตัวเองชื่อ MPG ATHLETICS ที่พึ่งเปิดได้ไม่นานเพื่อโปรโมทกิจกรรมและการออกกำลังกายของเขาบ้างเป็นครั้งคราว ด้วยร่างกายที่กำยำ ล่ำสัน บวกกับความคมของใบหน้า Dude เชื่อว่าใครหลายคนจะต้องหลงไป Follow IG เขาอย่างแน่นอน

Become comfortable spending time alone with just you and your thoughts. This is when you truly get to know who you really are. Stop worrying about what the Kardashians are doing, what Jimmy said about bobby or how much your life isn't going the way you want. Free your mind of all the bullsh*t clutter, practice positive thoughts, focus on what you already do have and make the best of the situation you're in. Exercise to build lean muscle but still keep your body as FUNCTIONAL and ATHLETIC as possible. I'm always striving to become the best complete athlete I can. Whether that is performing plyometrics, agility, hand-eye coordination, explosiveness, first step quickness, etc. I don't want to be one-dimensional. I want to be versatile. I want to be able to run with the best, lift with the best, jump with the best, move like the best. That's why you guys see me post workouts that pro NFL, NBA, MLB and even NHL players perform. This is because I want to be an all around athlete. No, this doesn't mean that I perform exercises specifically to increase my fastball for baseball or increase the accuracy of shooting a puck into a hockey net, but implementing movements that I would personally benefit from. THERE IS AN ATHLETE IN EACH OF US.
